Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed withing one to three business days, follow by seven to fifteen business days for delivery. We currently ship only within the U.S. Returns for non quality issues are accepted within seven days, and the customer pays the shipping; for any quality issues, we prioritize a refund or replacement. In the event of a lost or damaged order, please provide your order number and evidence,  such as photos or videos, and we will file a claim with our supplier; this process may take up to two months.
